Returns & exchanges
The Rec D will make it right when we can. Health, safety, and age laws still apply.
Unopened, unused items: exchange within 7 days with a receipt.
Opened e-liquid, used devices, and age-restricted consumables: no return.
Defective hardware: bring it in with the receipt so we can check it.
What we can exchange
Sealed, unused product in original packaging, within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. We’ll swap for the same item or store credit when stock allows.
What we cannot take back
Opened bottles, used or charged devices, any item missing packaging, or anything we can’t legally resell. This isn’t us being difficult — it’s how age-restricted retail works.
Warranty / DOA
If a device is dead on arrival, stop using it and come in with the receipt. We’ll inspect it and follow the manufacturer’s process when one exists.
